hmm. by the time you buy a hyper frame and a rt to put it on, you could probably find a used emag for about$100 more, if you look around.

yea, but i only have the cash for the mag with intelli right now. so i think im gunna get that for this season and see how it works out. if i dont like it, im gunna just sell the intelli and buy like a used hyper off ebay or something. they usually go for like 100 there. the mag i built online is 485 and that includes the nickle intelli. i got the trigger mod for it so im hoping i like it.

on a different note. anyone have any pics of the ule bodies in the ice color? i think that in the thread were the ule`s were introduced, the 2nd pic is of a completed mag that has a lighter blue body, is this the ice color or is that the regular blue? i wanna see what the ice would looke like with all chrome accents. thanks for all the help, guys!

              New to 'Mags

I'm back. Had family obligations that started Sat. nite and on into Mon. morning after my alternator quit Sunday nite and left me stranded at my ex's house over night. (you know, returning my daughter to her mother) sigh... I got up Monday morning and drove the hour an a half home in the daylight and had no problem. Put a new Alternator in last night and it's great.

So, what have I missed? I haven't gotten back around to any other posts since I work a job and a half and have to divide my time. I see that several more smart and experienced people have added to this post that you started CHAO. How cool is that.

Thanks Z-man, for the compliment. I've been playing for a year and a half with Spyders and pumps. I truly have been lurking here for just over a month. I have asked a few questions, and have learned gobs of great stuff about the markers that helped forge an entire industry. It didn't hurt me to assemble my own, neither. Now I understand it a bit better. Being a mechanic and having a couple designs swirling around in my head, I have thought alot about pneumatics recently. I'm a consumate thinker. By age 45, if ya can't share some deeper understanding about the way things(all things) work, then ya haven't been livin', EH? By the way, I checked out part of your website and am interested in the tourney. Looks great, and WOW! Tom Kaye in attendance!!!

Dayspring, thanks for the re-direct on the cost/non-cost of the almost ready, hAIR trigger mod. I got my info from somewhere else on the forum. It's so cool to have people around that know and like to share accurate info.

Well, gotta go do some more lurkin':)

                Ult

If you get the rt custom you really should get the ult. It is sooooo super sweet. I have a mini with standard valve and the rt with x vavle. The x with the ult is NICE!

well the biggest thing im thinking over is the frame. im definatly getting the ULE body but i dunno if i want the intelliframe or a mako/boohyeah/hyperframe. i was really hoping someone would give me some advice on this. i have always used electros so thats why i was considering this. thanks guys.

                    New 'Mag ?

So, CHAO, you are reluctant to dive into the mechanical realm after abiding so long with electro's. I feel your pain. There are several threads here about lighter triggers and reactive triggers that are also very light. try this one out.

Also, it is my understanding that the Intelliframe won't need to be replaced when the hAIR comes out. You'll only need to replace the on/off that you have in your valve body.
